During night shifts, my job is to do Recovery (basically pulling things forward making it look pretty and stocked) on the food isle. And it’s pretty easy to do between customers, since customers generally don’t come after 6
Although when they do they just HAVE to go into the isles I just fixed up and make them messy again.

Some younger doodles of Pickett and her sister Mildred, the cats that are now 17 in-comic.
Mildred was very dismissive and even more closed off than Sandy is now. Kind of an arrogant jerk about her status as a descendant of the Alpha Trio archer. The fame got into her head and she figured she could do everything herself instead of with a team. She ended up dying on a solo mission around the age of 8 (she used up her respawns pretty quickly) before she could meet her granddaughter, Sandy. Everyone remembers her for her skills (and her ice powers that matched the famed Alpha Trio archer’s abilities) and not her attitude.
Pickett meanwhile was more of a wild child, using her regenerative abilities to her advantage and launching herself into a fight without even worrying about getting hurt (she could just heal anyway!) but after the death of her sister, and later the birth of her grand niece, Pickett calmed down considerably. She eventually became the Head Fighter once she was old enough, and has held her position ever since.

Max is going to be outside in the next few pages (at least where I’m at in terms of drawing them) and I figured I should draw out his poofy winter coat and other cold weather gear so I don’t have to scramble a color ref together from a previously colored page. Also served as a nice warmup to start drawing a couple new pages.
This is my first time really trying on drawing a poofy coat like that so I’m actually pretty proud of myself

Did some pokemon versions of the Fighting Dreamers cats

Stewie’s a Torchic that’s two levels away from becoming a Combusken (ignore the Blaziken up there I just realized that’s wrong) Once he evolves he’ll be a much better fighter, more controlled but still an obnoxious little shit. It’s when he hits his final evolution that he calms down finally.

Sandy’s a Glaceon from a long line of Eevees that had a really famous Glaceon to start with (Sandy’s great (x3 or 4) grandmother) that gave all her decedents an Ice ability. Despite this, Sandy was the first since this ancestor to choose to become a Glaceon (in a family of Eevees with complete freedom to choose whatever evolution they want) so it’s a pretty big deal.

Patches is a Flaaffy that’s anxious as ever to evolve. She wants to prove herself as an awesome team leader and feels like not being at the final stage of her evolution is holding her back.

#78151920 (GhostKitten) Is a Porygon and…well outside of the fact that they were man made I don’t really have a backstory that’d work in the Pokemon universe. I kinda added them in at the last second.

So I got the Smash Bros demo on my 2Ds last night and I’ve been alternating between playing as a Villager and Pikachu (I would’ve been playing Kirby if he was available in the demo) and it takes a bit of getting used to since I’ve only really played the N64 version and bits of the other ones. I’m liking it so far :D
The only annoyance with playing Pikachu is that they don’t have a way to float back to the stage if they get hit off of it (or I launch myself off) so you’re basically doomed to die if you’re far enough away.
I feel like I’m going to lose a lot of matches that way
